Summerwalk I&II are two mid-rise condominium buildings in the heart of Ballston (1029 N. Stuart Street and 1020 N. Stuart Street, Arlington Virginia 22201). Built in 1985, there are 170 units between the two buildings. Amenities include: garage parking, clubroom/party room, outdoor pool, on-site management & maintenance and pet friendly.
Due to their age, Summerwalk I&II do not offer grand lobbies, a 24-hour concierge, nor a movie (theater) room, though this should not be considered a shortcoming, because it allows the association to keep the monthly condominium fees very reasonable for such a great location. Summerwalk is located only two (2) blocks from the Ballston Metro! Many of the units have balconies or enclosed glass sunrooms.
Ballston is an area of sophistication offering dining, nightlife and culture. No matter your style or dining palate, Ballston provides plenty of options, in which residents can dine at a different restaurant nightly.
